[1.7.10] RigGen- a modpack with rigged worldgen.

So I made a modpack called RigGen, which is a bunch of mods (mainly magic) and worldgen rigged for extreme ore abundance.

Also, cobble is now a fuel and grass drops some basic stuff like leather or bonemeal.
