[1.7.10] [Public]Spidey's Tech Pack

This is my 1.7.10 Tech based MOD pack that I use in my Let's Play series on YouTube. It has most of what I consider the standard Tech mods plus some new ones. I will be regularly updating and adding mods that make sense to the pack's theme. I'm hoping to set up a Modern City like challenge for the map though will actully be more like a modern civilaztion type mod.
